Can I get a different color stone or charm than what’s pictured?
Absolutely! Each piece is made to order, and can be customized in a variety of ways. I can make virtually any style bracelet, anklet, watch, necklace or earrings. Feel free to call me at (609) 784-6262 or e-mail me at

How long does an order take?
Each order is unique, and custom made for each customer. Typically, if I have the beads in stock, an order can be shipped in 3-4 days. If I need to order beads, clasps, etc., then in may take 2-3 weeks.
I will be in touch with you throughout the process to let you know if something is taking longer than expected.
My bracelet, watch or necklace broke! What can I do?
If your piece breaks, I’d be happy to restring it for you at no charge. You will have to pay applicable shipping fees required to get it to me, but I’ll gladly restring it at no charge. If a charm, bead or stone is missing or needs to be replaced, a replacement charge will be applied depending on what the item is. I will be in contact with you throughout the process to let you know if there will be any charge for the repair.
